Yes. Your rent is due by the end of the business day on the 4th day of the month. Any rent received after this date will be charged a late fee. Fee's vary by property, but can be found in your lease agreement.
If you break your lease you will forfeit your security deposit and be responsible for the remaining balance on the lease until the unit has been re-leased. Failure to pay will result in your account being turned over to collections.
Our application fee is $35 for the first person and $15 for each additional person. This fee is non-refundable even if your application is not approved.
Yes, some of our properties do accept Section 8 vouchers. Please use our website to sort by these properties or call one of our offices. Section 8 applicants must still complete our application process.
If your existing job must transfer you more than 50 miles for business reasons we will allow you to break your lease with at least a 30-day written notice and a letter from your employer. This only applies if you are transfered with your existing job, not new employment.
No. By making a repair request you are giving us permission to enter your unit and we will respond within 48-72 hours. We will always provide you with at least 24 hours notice before we have to enter your home for any reason.
A typical lease agreement is signed for a time period of one-year. Some properties do allow a 6-month lease with an additional $25/month charge.
Yes, but they will have to go through our application and background screening process as well. After the application has been approved, the new party will be added to the lease.
All parties listed on the lease agreement are responsible for rent charges. Failure to pay the full rental amount could result in an eviction for all parties involved. If someone would like to be removed from the lease they must have written permission from the other lease holders indicating that they agree and will now be held soley responsible for the rental payment.
The security deposit will be held with the unit at all times and is non-refundable until all parties have moved out and the move-out inspection has taken place.

Your rent will be pro-rated based on the day you move in, however all of our lease agreements will end on the last day of the month and will not be pro-rated when you move out.
